      橋梁施工作為施工的高科技工作,其安全質量控制是貫穿整個施工過程中的基本思想。隨著社會的不斷進步和發展,傳統的質量控制管理模式已經不能適應時代要求,需要應用科學的施工安全管理模式,不斷提高安全管理水平,真正把安全管理工作做推動和促進橋梁施工質量的進一步發展。橋梁工程施工現場管理對于工程建設質量而言具有極其重要的影響,甚至關系到施工單位能否生存和得到發展壯大。為進一步加快橋梁工程施工現場管理工作的有效實施,橋梁工程施工單位應當以項目為基礎落實好各項具體工作,并且強化橋梁工程項目的綜合建設工作,持續提升自身的綜合管理能力,從而實現橋梁工程經濟效益與社會效益的最大化。
      要想加強橋梁施工技術,就必須先加強橋梁施工技術中的真空壓漿技術。加強橋梁施工技術中的真空壓漿技術的措施是:應在壓漿之前,先用真空泵抽吸掉預應力孔道中的空氣,使得孔道的真空達到負壓的0.08mpa值左右,然后在孔道另一端用壓漿泵以一定的壓力將攪拌好的水泥漿體壓入預應力孔道中,并且產生一定的壓力。經過加強后的真空壓漿施工技術,可以使得孔道內只會存在極少數的空氣,也就是說,水泥漿體中就很難形成氣泡,而且,孔道內和壓漿泵之間的正負壓力差,從而大大的提高了孔道內漿體的飽滿和密實度。由于,在這水泥漿中有效的降低了水灰比,添加專用的外加劑,也就可以有效的減少了水泥漿體的離析、析水和干硬收縮,同時還可以有效的提高了水泥漿體的強度。 56doc.com QQ:306826066
